Linux needs repository for updating its software or kernel. Yes, this update will keep the computer stay up-to-date. Why must local repository? Because local repository will decrease the time to downloads. So, the mirror (or local repository :) ) is created for efficient our time. OK here we go!

  This mirror is managed by University of Indonesia. It provide 38 Linux Distribution.

  This mirror is managed by Bandung Technology Institute (Institut Teknologi Bandung).

  This is famous among the student. Its server is located in Yogyakarta. In University of Gajah Mada exactly.

  This one is the official Indonesian Repository. This is maintained by Telkom Indonesia and foss-ID team.
